Greetings! I’m Lisa M. Witt, a former nurse, holistic nutritionist, and health coach.

Some years ago, I found myself on the brink of burnout, juggling a demanding job, caring for two young children, and attempting to maintain a social life. In the midst of this chaos, I often resorted to hastily grabbing meals on the run at irregular times, which I soon discovered was far from ideal for proper digestion.

My energy levels plummeted to the point where even the simple act of getting out of bed in the mornings became a daunting task. I’d drag myself downstairs, and before doing anything else, I felt compelled to brew a strong cup of coffee just to kickstart my day.

Eventually, I made the tough decision to sell the delicatessen shop I was running at the time because I simply couldn’t continue on that path. Surprisingly, I didn’t feel any better after making that change. While everyone around me expected an improvement in my health, I was far from feeling rejuvenated. I was told I had chronic fatigue, but back then, the medical community had limited solutions to offer.

Fortunately, my interest in diet and natural remedies had already taken root, mainly due to my younger son’s early battle with eczema on his feet when he was just two years old. With the knowledge I had gained, I was able to help him overcome his eczema by introducing a wholesome diet that excluded wheat and dairy products.

Motivated to find a solution for my own health, I delved into extensive research of my condition. Ultimately, I decided to embark on a journey of intensive juice detox and a specialized diet. It was at this point that I felt I had struck the right chord when I came across the notion that illness often stems from a combination of toxicity and nutritional deficiencies.

My recovery was a gradual process, spanning six months, during which I consumed six freshly made vegetable juices daily and included a daily coffee enema in my regimen. These unconventional practices became the turning point for regaining my vitality.

In the wake of this transformation, I embarked on numerous detoxification experiences, exploring a wide array of methods such as juice fasts, green smoothie detoxes, colemas, colonic hydrotherapy, colon cleanses, parasite cleanses, heavy metal detoxes, Far-infrared saunas, lymph detox, Iratherm detox, and likely a few others I may have forgotten to mention.

Fueled by my newfound passion for detoxification, I decided to expand my knowledge further. I pursued various holistic dietary therapy and nutrition courses and took the first steps in launching my own nutrition practice. Over the course of more than two decades, I’ve had the privilege of helping clients achieve their health objectives through straightforward detox programs and wholesome nutrition.

Today, I find immense joy in sharing my wealth of knowledge and experience regarding health and detox through this blog and the collection of ebooks, concise reports, guides, and programs I’ve authored. My goal is to empower individuals on their own health journeys, equipping them with the insights and tools they need to lead healthier, more vibrant lives.
